Description
Sometimes grandeur takes precedence when trying to make an at-home work space. The Tribeca Loft Cherry Desk by Kathy Ireland has everything the perfect home office would need. A designated CPU cabinet with an adjustable shelf and a Power Communication Center that contains jacks for telephones, Internet access, and a fax machine that was engineered for conference rooms and training tables, provides the connectivity of today's home office in a classically styled desk. Both a rear-access door and a faux door in front can provide access to the CPU cabinet. Each of the four drawers has a different function. The pencil drawer can be converted to a keyboard drawer. The top two drawers are utility drawers, one with dividers for small office supplies. The bottom drawer is a lockable vertical file for your important documents. The drawers have superior-level construction with ball bearing glides and strong joint connection that can accommodate 50-pound loads.  and unlike many other desks of its kind, it comes fully finished in rich cherry.  The desk is made of cherry/elm wood solids, a combination of cherry and elm; and cherry veneers, a thin layer of cherry attached to a stronger "mixed" piece of wood for strength and durability.
